Cswitch is Named a 2008 Red Herring Top 100 Winner
SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 15, 2008 – Red Herring has announced that Cswitch Corporation is a recipient of the Red Herring 100 North America for 2008, an award given to the top 100 private high technology companies based in North America. Cswitch was one of only three semiconductor firms to be named for the award.

Cswitch’s CS90 family of high performance programmable devices offers ASIC performance with FPGA flexibility. The CS90 family is based upon the innovative Configurable Switch Array (CSA) architecture, which breaks through the bandwidth bottlenecks found in FPGAs, thereby supporting applications that require up to 100Gbps of data path throughput. Because of this, designs implemented with CS90 devices are often more compact than FPGAs, saving board space, power and cost.
